(1) Wiring Design

Both software (ladder diagram) and hardware (wiring diagram) designs are carried out by our company.

(2) Control panel assembly

Assemble onto the control panel according to the wiring diagram. Confirm the connection and ensure that the screw for the stop terminal is tightened to the specified torque.

(3) Assembly of control panel body

Assemble the assembled control panel onto the testing machine host and connect the components according to the designed wiring diagram.

After the host wiring is completed, confirm the connection, turn on the power, and confirm the action.

2. Mechanical processing, sheet metal processing

Cut, bend, and weld various metal materials such as stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, etc.) and titanium according to the drawing shape while considering the material characteristics and processing sequence. Titanium material is lightweight and has good corrosion resistance, but on the other hand, it is fragile and difficult to weld, making it a difficult metal to process. Bending and welding require skilled techniques.

3. Resin processing

Resin processing and manufacturing are carried out for the test tank of the saline spray test machine and the compound cycle test machine. In order to ensure welding quality, proficient skills such as the duration of hot air application to the base metal and welding rod, and the force of pressing the welding rod are required. Because it is easy to scratch, pay attention to work.

4. Assembly

The weathering promotion testing machine includes light lighting/cooling device, temperature/humidity regulating device, sample rotating device, various processing parts, various control equipment, control panel, etc. The corrosion promotion testing machine includes spray device, temperature/humidity regulating device, various processing parts, various control equipment, control panel, etc. The production unit in each process is assembled into the main body to become a testing machine.
