PDS produced by Chongqing Silian Measurement and Control Technology Co., LtdPressure transmitterBy using high-performance pressure-sensitive chips and advanced circuit processing and temperature compensation technology, pressure changes are converted into linear current or voltage signals. Has reverse polarity and current limiting protection; Laser resistance temperature compensation; Programmable adjustment; Anti vibration, anti impact, and anti RF electromagnetic interference; Strong overload and anti-interference ability, economical, practical and stable. The product is compact in size, easy to install, and has a stainless steel shell for isolation and corrosion prevention. It is suitable for measuring media such as gases and liquids that are compatible with the materials of the contact parts. It can be used to measure gauge pressure, negative pressure, and absolute pressure. And it is widely used in industrial fields such as water plants, refineries, sewage treatment plants, building materials, light industry, machinery, etc., to measure the pressure of liquids, gases, and vapors.

Pressure transmitterProtection functions: reverse connection protection for working power supply, overcurrent limit protection for output, long-term short circuit protection for output current, overvoltage limit protection for working power supply ≤ 35V, input overload protection, transient induction lightning and surge current TVS suppression protection for two-wire ports.
It is very easy to add one or two lightning and surge protection devices at the second-line output port, which is beneficial for safe lightning and explosion protection. The two-wire current transmitter is not easily affected by parasitic thermocouples, voltage drop along the wire, and temperature drift, and can use very cheap and thinner wires; Can save a lot of cable and installation costs; When the output resistance of the current source is large enough, the voltage induced in the wire loop through magnetic field coupling will not have a significant impact because the current caused by the interference source is extremely small. Generally, twisted pair cables can be used to reduce interference; Two wire and three wire systems must use shielded wires, and the shielding layer of the shielded wire must be properly grounded.
In the two-wire transmission mode, the power supply, load resistor, and transmitter are connected in series, that is, two wires simultaneously transmit the power and output current signals required by the transmitter. Currently, most transmitters are two-wire transmitters; In the four wire system, the power supply and load resistor are respectively connected to the transmitter, meaning that the power supply and transmitter output signals are transmitted through two separate wires.
In many applications controlled by microcontrollers, transmitters are used to convert signals that cannot be directly measured by microcontrollers into electrical analog signals that microcontrollers can process, such as current transmitters, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow transmitters, etc. Early transmitters were mostly voltage output type, but in situations where signals needed to be transmitted over long distances or there was significant interference from the power grid, the use of voltage output type sensors was greatly limited, exposing shortcomings such as poor anti-interference ability, line losses that damaged accuracy, etc. However, two-wire current output type transmitters have been widely used due to their excellent anti-interference ability. The anti-interference ability of voltage output transmitters is extremely poor, and the damage caused by line losses cannot be described as high accuracy. Sometimes, the output DC voltage is also superimposed with AC components, which can cause the microcontroller to make incorrect judgments, control errors, and even damage the equipment in severe cases.
