4. Experimental steps

1. Power on preheating: Start the device to ensure smooth operation without abnormal noise.

2. Parameter input: Adjust the speed, set the number of cycles, and other parameters in the control panel.

3. Start testing: Start the testing program and the device will run automatically.

4. Midway inspection (applicable to long-term testing): Regularly observe the wear of the sample and record any abnormalities (such as cracking, delamination, etc.).

5. Test completed: After reaching the set number of cycles, the device automatically stops.

5. Result evaluation

After the testing is completed, perform the following analysis on the sample:

Visual inspection: observe surface cracks, wrinkles, delamination, and other phenomena

Physical performance testing (optional):

Change rate of tensile strength (comparing data before and after testing).

Data recording: Record the sample number, testing conditions, wear level, etc., and generate a test report.

6. Influencing factors and precautions

Temperature and humidity: Under non constant temperature and humidity conditions, there may be deviations in the results.

Sample fixation: Failure to clamp can result in uneven bending and affect data accuracy.

Equipment calibration: Regularly calibrate the bending stroke and counter to ensure testing accuracy.
