The principle of making a clicking sound with a torque wrench is very simple and can be understood in the following steps:
1. After the torque wrench makes a "click" sound, it indicates that the required torque value has been reached;
2. The "cata" produced by the torque wrench is generated by its internal torque release structure, which consists of three structures: pressure spring, torque release joint, and torque top rod
3. Firstly, set the required torque value on the torque wrench (by applying pressure to the torque release joint through the spring sleeve on the top rod), lock the torque wrench, and start tightening the bolts. When the bolt reaches the torque value (when the torque is greater than the pressure of the spring), an instantaneous disconnection effect will occur. At the moment when the disconnection effect occurs, a joint strike is made, and the metal shell of the wrench emits a "click" sound. This is to confirm the reminder effect of reaching the torque value (in fact, it is similar to the principle that when our arm joint is bent at 15 degrees and placed in an iron pipe for an instant straightening, it will touch the steel pipe). The above is a manual torque wrench,
