Adhesion tester (AT series)

Measure the adhesion of coatings on metal, wood, concrete, and other substrates, available in automatic and manual modes.

Principle: Use hydraulic pressure to detect the force required to pull a fixed test diameter coating away from its substrate.

The test spindles come in sizes of 10mm, 14mm, 20mm, and 50mm, while the standard accessories only come with one 20mm or 50mm spindle.

Cheap, the test spindle can be reused after cleaning, in compliance with international standards including ASTM D4541/D7234, IS04624/16276-1, AS/NZS1580.408.5.

Factory calibration report, oil pressure accuracy ± 1%, traceable to NIST, load cell.
