Dear colleagues of Dongguan Saisi Testing Equipment Co., Ltd.:

In order to effectively prevent and control the epidemic and ensure the health and safety of all employees, according to the notice issued by the National Office and local governments, the specific arrangements for extending the 2020 Spring Festival holiday are as follows.

From the 2020 Spring Festival holiday to February 9th (16th Sunday of the first lunar month), which is February 10th (11th Monday of the first lunar month), normal work will begin. Colleagues who fail to return to work on time should immediately submit an application to the department head and file it with the company's human resources department. Due to different resumption times for various clients, all colleagues are requested to work remotely as much as possible to respond to their urgent needs.

During the holiday period, please pay attention to the following points:

1. Reduce going out during holidays, be sure to do a good job in epidemic prevention for yourself and your family, try to avoid crowded places, wash hands frequently, keep the room ventilated, and avoid gatherings. Do not spread inappropriate comments or unverified information online.

2. The holiday time is already very abundant, and it is recommended that colleagues avoid the peak return time as early as possible. Colleagues who take the train should try to purchase direct vehicles to reduce mid way stops.

3. Please ensure that all colleagues maintain a responsible attitude towards themselves and others, take self-protection measures during transportation, wear masks on the way, and do not remove them. If you experience fever or other suspected symptoms, please contact the company and community.

In addition, during the "self isolation" stage of the holiday, it is an opportunity to improve oneself and learn to recharge. I hope everyone can make full use of it.

Wishing all colleagues and their families a happy and healthy New Year.
