On the afternoon of December 2, 2025, Lin Jun, Deputy Director of the Fujian Intellectual Property Development and Protection Center, led a delegation of 7 people including Shi Yiling, Director of the Center's Information Application Department (Fuzhou Department) and First level Researcher, Ye Ying, Director of the Industry Promotion Department, accompanied by Xie Yuhua, Director of Nanping City, to conduct a special research on intellectual property work at Fujian Shunchang Hongrun Precision Instrument Co., Ltd. The purpose of this survey is to gain a deeper understanding of the actual situation of enterprise intellectual property creation, utilization, protection, and management, accurately match the demand for enterprise intellectual property services, and help enterprises empower high-quality development with intellectual property.

During the research period, Vice Director Lin Jun and his delegation, accompanied by the person in charge of Hongrun Company, visited the company's product exhibition hall, research and development center, and production workshop, carefully inspected various precision instrument products independently developed by the company, and listened to the company's work reports on development history, core technology research and development, intellectual property layout, and achievement transformation.

In the report, the person in charge of Hongrun Company highlighted the outstanding advantages and fruitful achievements of the enterprise in the field of intellectual property. As a company in the Chinese display control instrument industry, Hongrun has always integrated intellectual property strategy into the entire process of enterprise development, established a sound intellectual property management system and incentive mechanism, and formed a high-quality R&D and intellectual property management team. In terms of R&D investment, enterprises allocate more than 10% of their annual revenue to core technology research and development. The average annual growth rate of R&D investment in the past three years has remained at a high level, laying a solid foundation for the creation of intellectual property rights.
