Shunchang Hongrun Precision Instrument Co., Ltd., a high-tech private enterprise, has 8 employees' children who were admitted to undergraduate programs during this year's college entrance examination, including one who was admitted to Peking University and one who was admitted to graduate school at Fudan University. The labor union of Hongrun Company recently remitted 5000 yuan to each candidate according to regulations to help Hongrun students study hard.
This is one of the projects undertaken by Hongrun Company as a "National Workers' Home" to seek happiness for its employees. In 2015, Hongrun won the title of "National Workers' Home", the highest honor awarded by the All China Federation of Trade Unions for the construction of grassroots trade unions. In addition, Hongrun also won the honor of "exemplary organization for Party Construction in 50 private enterprises in Fujian Province", "May Day Labor Award" in Fujian Province, "Harmonious Enterprise in Fujian Province", "Happy Enterprise in Fujian Province" and other honors. Its outstanding performance in democratic management, safeguarding workers' rights and interests, and improving their quality of life is admirable. Hongrun Company attaches great importance to and cherishes this honor, and regards it as a new starting point for building harmonious labor relations and realizing the beautiful vision of "putting employees first, silently nourishing things, taking the factory as home, and prospering the factory". We will further develop and improve a series of welfare measures that "the company loves its employees, and employees protect the company", and put employees at the center into practice. Over the past 10 years, Hongrun Welfare, which cares for its employees, has flowed like a gentle stream, continuously shining the golden signboard of the National Workers' Home.

Rain, rain, rainbow, moistening things silently
In Hongrun Technology Park, a garden style factory area, clean and comfortable employee dormitories, basketball courts, and gyms enrich employees' leisure life;
Hongrun provides tourism benefits for its employees and allocates special funds every year to organize group building trips in batches, allowing them to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the motherland. Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Hainan, and even Thailand have all left the presence of Hongrun people;

Hongrun organizes cultural and sports competitions, themed speech contests, year-end parties, and other activities for employees, using diverse activities to gather centripetal force and enhance their sense of belonging and identity through participation;



Hongrun provides support for employees to go out for learning and training. Every year, it selects employees to study and train at universities and domestic and foreign peer enterprises, and organizes internships with Japanese companies as far away as possible;
Hongrun continuously improves employee benefits, and on the basis of timely and full payment of wages and performance bonuses, adds bonus and red envelope incentives for key employees to enhance their material life security;
What is even more touching is that many columns on the welfare benefits list provided by Hongrun to its employees are labeled as "all";
In addition to the five insurances and one fund, all employees also apply for employee group accident insurance. All employees apply for union medical mutual assistance. All employees receive red and white wedding gifts, birthday cakes, and monthly benefits such as fruits, tea, dried bamboo shoots, and lotus seeds. All employees travel or undergo medical examinations every year to participate in recuperation. All employees receive branded work clothes: shirts, jackets, down jackets
Employees' children will receive a subsidy of 5000 yuan per person when they are admitted to university. According to incomplete statistics, more than 60 Hongrun children have been admitted to universities in the past 10 years.

The company's love for its employees stems from the unwavering commitment of entrepreneurs to putting their employees at the center. Chairman Lin Shanping always cares about the well-being of employees, ensures their rights, and supports the work of the union. He has also been recognized as an outstanding representative of the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up of the Fujian Provincial People's Congress, an outstanding entrepreneur in Fujian Province, an outstanding builder of the non-public economy in Fujian Province, and a good person in Fujian. He has also been elected as the president of the Shunchang County Charity Federation.

Chen Zhiyang, Deputy Director of Technology of the company, is the Vice Chairman of the National Standardization Committee TC124/SC8. He has presided over or participated in the development of many international standards, military standards, and national standards, and has been awarded the title of Fujian Model Worker and Provincial Model Worker Demonstration Studio. In Hongrun, six employees have been awarded the title of National and Provincial Model Worker.
