Multi channel paperless recorderIt is an instrument suitable for real-time monitoring and tracking of multiple temperature points, with LCD display and USB storage. It utilizes signals such as standard current, standard voltage, frequency, thermocouple, and thermal resistance that can be input, with advanced CPU as the core, based on intelligent, digital, and networked design ideas, supplemented by large-scale integrated circuits, large capacity FLASH storage, intelligent signal conditioning, SmartBus bus bus, and high-resolution graphic LCD display to achieve intelligent paperless recording. Mainly used in various industrial sites such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, building materials, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, colleges and universities, biological research, heat treatment, and water treatment, as well as various smart IoT application scenarios.
Multi channel paperless recorderMaintenance methods:
1、 Daily cleaning
Shell and display screen: Use a soft dry cloth to gently wipe, avoiding the use of chemical cleaners to prevent damage to the device surface.
Sensors: Sensors are highly sensitive to the environment, and the accumulation of dust and dirt can affect their measurement accuracy. Therefore, when cleaning sensors, the manufacturer's instructions should be followed to ensure that their sensitive components are not damaged.
Signal terminal: Do not let live parts near the signal terminal to avoid malfunction.
2、 Storage environment
Temperature and humidity: The equipment should be stored in a dry, well ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and humid environments. Excessive or insufficient temperature can have adverse effects on electronic components, so it is recommended to store them in an environment with suitable temperature.
Dust prevention: Keep the storage environment clean and reduce dust pollution to the equipment.
3、 Regular calibration
Calibration cycle: The paperless recorder may experience data deviation after a period of use. Therefore, it is recommended to perform regular calibration to ensure the accuracy of measurement data. The calibration cycle can be determined based on the frequency of use and accuracy requirements of the equipment.
Calibration method: The calibration process should be carried out according to the steps provided in the manual to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the calibration. For users who do not have the ability to calibrate themselves, they can contact professional institutions or manufacturers for calibration.
4、 Battery management
Charging timing: For paperless recorders using rechargeable batteries, it is recommended to charge them promptly when the battery level is below 20% to avoid discharging the battery completely.
Charger selection: When charging, the original charger provided by the factory should be used to prevent battery damage caused by incompatible chargers.
Long term storage: When not in use for a long time, the battery should be removed and stored properly to avoid damage to the equipment caused by battery leakage.
5、 Operating standards
Read the instruction manual before operation: Before operating the paperless recorder, carefully read the user manual to understand the device's functions, operating methods, and precautions.
Avoid misoperation: During high-intensity use, data loss or device damage may occur due to misoperation. Therefore, it is recommended that users follow the correct steps to avoid unnecessary losses.
Prevent external impact: Do not subject the paperless recorder to external impact to avoid damaging internal components or causing malfunctions.
6、 Software Update
Timely updates: Users should pay attention to relevant information and update software in a timely manner to ensure that the device is always in the best condition. Software updates may include feature optimizations, performance improvements, and security fixes.
7、 Fault handling
Abnormal situation handling: During use, if it is confirmed that the recorder is emitting smoke, smelling odors, making abnormal noises or other abnormal situations, please immediately cut off the power supply and contact the supplier or manufacturer in a timely manner.
Professional maintenance: For non professional repair personnel, please do not open the front panel of the recorder to avoid danger. When equipment malfunctions, professional personnel should be contacted for maintenance.
8、 Spare parts management
Spare parts procurement: Timely purchase instrument spare parts and vulnerable spare parts, such as sensors, batteries, etc., to ensure that equipment can be replaced in a timely manner in case of failure.
Spare parts storage: Spare parts should be stored in a dry, well ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and humid environments to extend their service life.
