  Multi channel paperless recorderIt is an instrument suitable for real-time monitoring and tracking of multiple temperature points, with LCD display and USB storage. It utilizes signals such as standard current, standard voltage, frequency, thermocouple, and thermal resistance that can be input, with advanced CPU as the core, based on intelligent, digital, and networked design ideas, supplemented by large-scale integrated circuits, large capacity FLASH storage, intelligent signal conditioning, SmartBus bus bus, and high-resolution graphic LCD display to achieve intelligent paperless recording. Mainly used in various industrial sites such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, building materials, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, colleges and universities, biological research, heat treatment, and water treatment, as well as various smart IoT application scenarios.
  Multi channel paperless recorderIts core components usually include the following modules:
1、 Data collection module
Sensor interface
Function: Connect various sensors (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, current, voltage, etc.) to convert physical signals into electrical signals.
Features: Supports multiple signal input types, such as analog signals (4-20mA, 0-5V, etc.), digital signals (RS485, Modbus, etc.), thermistor (PT100, PT1000), thermocouple (K, J, T type, etc.).
Multi channel design: typically equipped with 8, 16, 32 or more channels, capable of simultaneously collecting multiple parameters to meet the needs of complex industrial scenarios.

Microprocessor (CPU)

Function: Store collected data, support long-term storage and historical data query.
Features:
Internal storage: usually equipped with large capacity Flash memory (such as 1GB or higher), which can store data for several years.
External storage expansion: Supports USB flash drive, SD card, or portable hard drive expansion for easy data export and backup.
Data compression: Using efficient compression algorithms to reduce storage space usage.
Real time clock (RTC)
Function: Provide accurate time reference, add timestamps to data records, and ensure data traceability.
Features: Built in high-precision crystal oscillator, supporting time retention after power failure.
3、 Display and operation module
