The common causes of faults in ozone generators mainly include core issues such as abnormal power circuits, blocked gas systems, damaged ozone tubes or discharge modules, poor heat dissipation, and environmental factors.
Power and circuit faults
Poor power contact or unstable voltage: Loose plugs, dead sockets, or damaged power cords can cause the device to fail to start. High voltage circuit abnormalities: The aging of high-voltage transformers, voltage regulators, or triggers, as well as damage to insulation materials, may cause short circuits or current overloads, and even burn out equipment.
Air system issues: Air pump failure or blockage: Damage to the air pump can result in no gas delivery, and folding or interface detachment of the pipeline can affect oxygen supply. Drying system failure: Expired desiccant or untreated gas source can cause moisture to enter the discharge tube, leading to leakage or a decrease in oxygen production, and damage to core components
Malfunction of the Imperial Oxygen Discharge Module: Aging of the discharge tube, electrode breakdown, or leakage of high-voltage ceramic bottles can directly lead to no production of Imperial Oxygen.
Control system malfunction: Timer not turned on, concentration adjustment knob reset to zero, or electronic control component failure may interrupt oxygen generation
