1. Before the experiment, check whether the water tank is clean and free of impurities and blockages (the water tank must be clean), and fill it with pure water or pure deionized water. The test sample is installed on the workbench, ensuring that it is firm and not loose, and the workbench status is adjusted properly.

2. First, connect the power supply as required, and ensure that the power cord connector is secure and not loose;

3. Connect the gas source to the rain test chamber of the swing pipe and adjust the pressure to 0.4 MPa;

4. Turn on the power, set the total test time, choose to use water sprinkling or flushing, turn on the corresponding switch, set the back and forth time for up and down movement, and close the corresponding valve on the pressure pump;

5. Choose to use sample A or sample B, turn on the corresponding switch, and set the round-trip time for left and right movement;

6. Turn on the water pump switch, the pressure pump starts working, and at the same time, open the overflow bypass valve. Observe the flow meter (which should be kept within the required flow rate for the test) and adjust the valve to adjust the flow rate and pressure to the desired range before spraying water;

7. After the experiment is completed, the test sample can only be removed after turning off the power switch for various performance evaluations.

Kind reminder: The water pump motor must not be turned on when there is no water, otherwise it will damage the motor and pipeline. The remaining water in the water tank should be drained and kept dry after each test to prevent wind, dust, and debris from entering.
