1、 Daily cleaning steps and frequency

1. External cleaning: Use a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent to wipe the surface of the box every week, avoiding the use of alcohol or corrosive solvents. Focus on cleaning the control panel, door seals, and other areas that are prone to dust accumulation to prevent dust from affecting the sealing performance.

2. Internal cleaning: After the experiment is completed, the residue inside the box (such as sample debris and water stains) should be cleaned immediately, and a deep cleaning should be carried out at least once a month. Wipe the inner wall with distilled water to avoid mineral deposition in tap water.

3. Maintenance of humidification system: The humidification water tray needs to be changed daily (it is recommended to use purified water), and the scale should be removed every 3 months (it can be soaked in 5% citric acid solution for 1 hour, refer to "GB/T 5170-2017 Environmental Testing Equipment Inspection Method").

2、 Maintenance and inspection of key components

1. Filter cleaning: The air filter screen should be cleaned every 2 weeks (can be washed with water and dried), and should be replaced if it is severely clogged (recommended not to exceed 6 months).

2. Condenser maintenance: Clean the condenser fins with compressed air or a soft bristled brush every quarter to ensure heat dissipation efficiency (poor heat dissipation can cause the compressor to overheat and shut down).

3. Sensor calibration: The humidity sensor should be calibrated every 6 months (if the error exceeds ± 3% RH, it needs to be adjusted), and the temperature sensor should be sent to a professional organization for testing every year (according to JJF 1101-2019 standard).

3、 Safe operation and long-term shutdown maintenance

1. Power off operation: Before cleaning, the power must be cut off to avoid the risk of electric shock; When moving the device, it is necessary to empty the water tank and secure the compressor.

2. Long term shutdown treatment: If the shutdown exceeds 30 days, the water circuit should be drained, the dehumidification should be powered on for 8 hours, and anti rust oil should be applied to key metal components.

3. Common fault prevention:

-Frequent alarm checks to check if the door seal is aging (seal gap>2mm needs to be replaced);

-Large fluctuations in humidity may be due to humidifier scaling or sensor malfunction.
