The three-axis vibration test bench is mainly divided into:
1) Environmental adaptability test: The three-axis vibration test bench selects the vibration environment that the test object may withstand in the future to excite the object and test its adaptability to the environment.
2) Dynamic strength test: to assess the dynamic strength of the test object structure and test whether the specimen will undergo fatigue failure under given test conditions. The main objects of this type of test are structural components.
3) Dynamic characteristic test: Using experimental methods to test the dynamic characteristic parameters of the object, such as vibration mode, frequency, damping, etc.
4) Other tests, such as vibration screening tests, aim to screen the components, parts, and entire machine on the production line through vibration, identify weak links in the process, and eliminate low-quality products to improve the reliability of the entire product.
Vibration can be divided into sinusoidal vibration, random vibration, composite vibration, scanning vibration, and fixed frequency vibration. The commonly used vibration methods can be divided into two types: sine vibration and random vibration.
Sinusoidal vibration is mainly used to simulate the vibration resistance of marine and ship equipment, as well as to analyze the resonance frequency of product structures and verify the resonance point residence. Sinusoidal constant frequency test: Conduct a sinusoidal vibration test on a selected frequency (which can be resonance frequency, specific frequency, or hazardous frequency) according to the specified quantity and achieve the required time. Sinusoidal sweep frequency test: Within the specified frequency range, sweep from low frequency to high frequency and then from high frequency to low frequency at a certain scanning rate according to the specified value, until the specified total number of times is reached.
Random vibration is evaluated based on the overall structural vibration resistance strength of the product and simulated in the transportation environment under packaging conditions. The random vibration environmental conditions assume that the vibration response is a steady stochastic process of each state, and the vibration conditions are defined using a power spectral density matrix. The order of the matrix is equal to the number of interface degrees of freedom controlled by the experiment. The diagonal term of the spectral density matrix is the self spectral density function used in traditional uniaxial vibration tests to describe the one-dimensional random vibration environment. It also specifies the root mean square acceleration value of the corresponding vibration direction. The definition of self spectral density can follow existing environmental testing standards, using field measurement envelopes to cover all possible vibration processes that may occur during product use. The non diagonal term is a complex form of cross spectral density function that reflects the degree of correlation between vibration responses of different degrees of freedom. It is quite difficult to define a reasonable cross spectrum from external field data, especially since there is no acceptable envelope program to integrate the effects of different vibration processes. In engineering, an approximate processing method is to use a coherence function to define the amplitude of the cross spectrum, and represent its phase in the frequency domain as a random variable with a uniform distribution of [0,2 π]. The coherence function can be processed using the average or envelope corresponding to the self spectral definition, reflecting a certain directionality of spatial motion.

Detailed description of XYZ three-axis vibration test bench:
The XYZ three-axis vibration test bench simulates the vibration environment experienced by products, equipment, engineering, etc. during transportation, use, and other environments to test their reliability and stability. Mechanical vibration testing is used to determine the weak links of machinery, the integrity and dynamic characteristics of product structures, and is commonly used in type testing, life testing, evaluation testing, and comprehensive testing. The ability of the XYZ three-axis vibration test bench for automotive electronics is more important.
