The sand and dust test chamber is driven by a fan to blow a certain concentration of sand and dust at a certain flow rate over the surface of the test sample, in order to evaluate the ability of these test samples (equipment) to resist the penetration effect of dust particles under dry sand or dusty atmosphere, the ability to resist the abrasion or blockage effect of gravel, and the ability to store and operate

Structural characteristics of sand and dust test chamber:

1. The box is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant shape, and adopts non reactive handles for easy operation.

2. The inner shell of the box adopts imported stainless steel mirror panels, and the outer shell of the box adopts steel plate spray coating, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.

3. The large observation window is equipped with lighting to keep the inside of the box bright, and uses tempered glass embedded in the heating body to observe the condition inside the box clearly at any time.

4. The left side of the box is equipped with a diameter test hole, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.

5. Insulation material: Polyurethane hard foam, ultra-fine glass fiber cotton.

6. Door frame insulation; Double layer high and low temperature aging resistant silicone rubber door sealing strip.

7. Standard configuration: 1 set of multi-layer heating defrost with illuminated glass windows, 2 sample racks, and 1 test lead hole.

8. Safety protection: leakage, short circuit, overheating, motor overheating, compressor overpressure, overload, overcurrent protection.

9Heating system: Fully independent system: Nickel chromium alloy electric heating heater.

In order to standardize the tolerance of environmental testing conditions in sand and dust test chambers and ensure the control accuracy of environmental parameters, technical supervision agencies and various industrial departments have also formulated a series of calibration regulations for environmental testing equipment and detection instruments. Such as the People's Republic of China standard GB5170 "Basic Parameter Calibration Method for Environmental Testing Equipment of Electrical and Electronic Products", and JJG190-89 "Trial Calibration Regulations for Electric Vibration Test Stand System" issued and implemented by the Technical Supervision Bureau. These verification regulations are also an important basis for selecting environmental and reliability testing equipment. Testing equipment that does not meet the requirements of these verification regulations is not allowed to be put into use.
