1、 Safe operation and basic precautions of sand and dust tester

1. The test medium must not contain any items or components that do not meet the requirements.

2. After the experiment is completed, if the device is not turned on for a short period of time, the test medium should be removed and the box should be wiped dry to maintain cleanliness.

3. When taking the medium, open the seal under the bottom pipe of the inner container and then close it. It is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner to remove the remaining dust.

4. Due to the fact that the box door is made of glass, the closing and opening of the box door should be done gently and gently, and prevent heavy impact on the box door.

5. Prohibit testing explosive, flammable, and highly corrosive substances.

6. The test medium cannot be used more than 20 times.

1. Open the box door, put the test medium (such as talcum powder, etc.) into the box, and close the box door. 2. Observe whether the circulating fan is operating normally.

4、 After the sand and dust tester works

1. After the experiment is completed, cut off the power supply of the entire machine.
