Wireless High Voltage Nuclear PhaserThe series nuclear phase analyzer is suitable for rated voltages such as 6kV, 10kV, 35kV, 66kV, 110kV, etc. It can also be produced specifically according to user requirements. The usage method is as follows:
1. Preparation before nuclear phase
(1) Unscrew the nuclear phase analyzer body separately and install the 9V battery configured for the instrument (pay attention to the polarity of the battery and do not reverse the electrodes to avoid damaging the circuit!
(2) After checking the insulation performance of the ZX8000 nuclear phase analyzer insulation rod, install each component
(3) Before the nuclear phase, the nuclear phase analyzer should be checked on the same power grid to see if it is normal. One person should operate and the other should supervise. The operator should first hang the two transmitting devices on the conductive body of the power grid. At this time, the receiver should display the phase angle and frequency of the two line voltages. When the phase is less than 30 degrees, the LCD display should be the accurate angle, and the language prompt should be: 'Same phase'; Then, one of the transmitting devices should be in contact with another phase conductor of the same power grid. At this point, the phase angle should be around 120 degrees, and the language should prompt: 'Please note, the phase is different'. If the inspection result is as shown above, it indicates that the nuclear phase analyzer is intact and can be used for formal nuclear phase work
If the test results are abnormal, please check whether the battery is installed reliably or in good contact, carefully check the condition of the nuclear phase analyzer. If the problem cannot be solved, please stop the test and contact us!
2. Formal nuclear phase work
During the formal nuclear phase operation, one person should operate and the other person should supervise, and follow the operation steps step by step and keep records
First, hang the two transmitting devices on the conductor of the tested power grid, and the instrument will report the test result: 'Same phase' or 'Please note, different phase'. At the same time, the display screen shows the phase difference and line frequency of the two lines, and the phase of the two power grids is determined phase by phase according to the above operation
