Explanation of the basic working principle of the rapid high and low temperature test chamber
Date: 2025-11-11Read: 12
The rapid high and low temperature test chamber has a wide range of applications, from electronic product testing to material science research, to durability evaluation of automotive components. It has important applications in multiple industries such as aerospace, home appliances, and communications, and can be used to verify the reliability of products in various environments.
The basic working principle of the rapid high and low temperature test chamber:
1. Temperature control system: This is the core component of the test chamber, responsible for accurately controlling the operation of the heating and cooling systems based on preset environmental data. It is like a 'brain' that commands the entire device how to adjust the temperature to achieve the set target value. Real time monitoring of the temperature inside the box through sensors and feedback to the controller, which then decides whether to activate the heating or cooling device based on the actual situation.
2. Heating system: Usually electric heating wires or nickel chromium alloy heating tubes are used, which generate heat when current passes through, and then evenly distribute this heat inside the test chamber through fan circulation, thereby achieving the purpose of heating up. This method can quickly and effectively increase the temperature inside the box, ensuring that the sample is tested in a high-temperature environment.
3. Refrigeration system: Based on the principle of reverse Carnot cycle, components such as compressor, condenser, evaporator are used to achieve refrigeration effect. For example, a cascade refrigeration cycle uses two compressors to work with different refrigerants (such as R23 and R404A), first cooling the first stage refrigerant, and then cooling the second stage refrigerant through a heat exchanger, ultimately achieving extremely low temperatures (up to -70 ℃). This can quickly reduce the temperature inside the box when needed, simulating cold environmental conditions.
4. Circulating system: In order to ensure uniform temperature in various areas inside the box, the test box is equipped with circulating devices such as fans. It can keep the air flowing inside the box, allowing for better heat or cold transfer and diffusion, avoiding local overheating or undercooling, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
