The basis for temperature control in the rapid temperature change test chamber is the principle of heat transfer, which includes three methods: heat conduction, heat convection, and heat radiation. In the test chamber, these three methods work together to exchange heat between the air inside the chamber and the tested sample, thereby achieving the purpose of temperature regulation.
The collaborative work of heating and cooling systems: The test chamber is equipped with high-precision temperature sensors, heating devices, and cooling systems. When it is necessary to increase the temperature, the heating device is activated to transfer heat to the air inside the box through methods such as hot air circulation; On the contrary, when it is necessary to lower the temperature, the refrigeration system starts working, using refrigerant to absorb heat and dissipate heat, achieving rapid cooling. The close cooperation between these two systems ensures that the test chamber can achieve significant temperature changes in a short period of time.
Optimization of air circulation and sensing system: In order to ensure the uniformity of temperature inside the test chamber and avoid blind spots or local overheating/undercooling, the test chamber adopts a specially designed air circulation and sensing system. The sensors of the air outlet and return air outlet monitor and adjust the direction and speed of the airflow in real time, ensuring a more uniform temperature distribution inside the entire box.
Precautions for using the rapid temperature change test chamber:
1. In terms of electrical safety: Before the test, it is necessary to check the power cord of the test box. If any disconnection or exposed copper wire is found, it must be repaired by a professional electrician before use to prevent electric shock accidents.
2. In terms of operating standards: It is strictly prohibited to open the box door during the test process, as sudden opening of the box door may cause high-temperature airflow to rush out and cause burns, or low-temperature environment may cause frostbite; And if the set temperature is particularly harsh, do not touch the box directly to avoid injury. Do not open the box door unless absolutely necessary.
3. Sample placement: Reasonably place the test samples to ensure sufficient space between them and between the samples and the box wall, and to ensure good air circulation, so that each sample can be uniformly affected by temperature changes.
4. Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain the test chamber to maintain its cleanliness and hygiene, prevent dust, impurities, and other factors from affecting the test results and equipment performance; At the same time, it is necessary to replace vulnerable parts and consumables such as filters and seals on time according to the instructions of the equipment.
5. Environmental requirements: The test chamber should be placed in a well ventilated, dry, and non corrosive gas environment, avoiding direct sunlight and being close to heat or water sources to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
6. In terms of personnel training: Operators need to undergo professional training, familiarize themselves with the operating procedures, safety precautions, and emergency response methods of the test chamber, strictly follow the operating procedures, and are not allowed to change test parameters or engage in illegal operations without authorization.
7. Exception handling: If any abnormal situations occur during the testing process, such as equipment failure, temperature loss, etc., the test should be stopped immediately and professional personnel should be notified for maintenance and handling in a timely manner. It is not allowed to operate with defects.
