The integrated temperature transmitter is widely used in the power, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, and food industries. The temperature transmitter is a contact type instrument that places the temperature transmitter in the junction box of the temperature sensor, converts the temperature into a 4-20mA standard signal proportional to the temperature output of the thermal resistance, and provides it to the secondary instrument to achieve on-site temperature detection and control
Installation instructions for explosion-proof temperature transmitter:
We need to provide a medium to see if it needs to be explosion-proof
-
Temperature range: -200-850 ℃
-
Installation method, flange or thread, standard M27 * 2
Insertion depth: 100-5000mm
Diameter of casing
Precautions for installation of explosion-proof temperature transmitter
This series of products should be installed horizontally or vertically to avoid indication errors caused by tilting
The surface temperature of the indicator head housing should not exceed the ambient very high temperature. In case of high temperature, a protective tube can be extended during manufacturing; The junction box should not come into contact with the container wall of the tested medium and should avoid strong vibrations.
Thermistors and thermocouples with temperature transformers should be installed without radio frequency interference.
For products installed horizontally, the flexible joint should be loosened first during installation, and then tightened after the instrument is installed in place.
The connection should be correct and reliable, and the ambient temperature should be balanced.
The external grounding terminal must be reliably grounded with a grounding resistance of ≤ 10Q. When disassembling, the power supply should be disconnected first
