Development Strategy of Smart Water Management
Smart water management, in the context of today's information age, not only has the color of a new model for scientific development of water resource management, but also a new goal for the modernization of water management. Smart water management must rely on and coordinate the joint participation of government management departments, water suppliers, and citizens, using emerging technologies to achieve more automatic control, proactive service, comprehensive perception, coordinated management, and scientific decision-making in the management of water resources. This article believes that the development strategy of smart water should have the following points:
1) Change mindset
With the development of the times, there is an urgent need for scientific decision-making and scientific response to water emergencies in water management; Smart water management caters to the concepts of smart cities and smart earth, fully leveraging the advantages of smart water management in water management.

2) Domain collaboration
Focusing on the public, it can meet the needs of the public, use mobile terminals and Internet technology to achieve one-stop water related business services for citizens, and strengthen and improve the level of water services.
3) Service integration
Realize multi domain collaboration, achieve resource sharing and business collaboration, coordinate multiple departments to jointly achieve information sharing, business collaboration, and decision support, provide support for emergency management of all water related affairs, and provide more warm and efficient services to the public, such as timely informing water stakeholders and various sectors of society of the implementation status of water affairs and other real-time information.
4) Public participation
With the aim of platform sharing and data openness, we aim to achieve public participation, water suppliers, and management departments' supply, and integrate the development of smart water management into the collective power. Only in this way can we build a more coordinated and intelligent smart water management system. More importantly, the mode of public participation greatly reduces the cost of management departments, and at the same time, it allows the public to enjoy high-quality and diversified services.
The development strategy of smart water mainly includes four aspects: changing concepts, coordinating fields, integrating services, and public participation. Only by following such a strategy can the development of smart water be promoted.
