The specific usage regulations for Hangzhou ultrasonic level gauge are as follows:
1、 Preparation before installation
1. On site investigation: Before installing the ultrasonic level gauge, a comprehensive and detailed investigation of the installation site is required. Understand the shape, size, material and internal liquid characteristics of the container, including the density, viscosity, temperature range of the medium, whether there is foam or steam, etc. At the same time, determine the appropriate installation location to ensure that the ultrasonic beam can be vertically directed downwards onto the liquid surface, and there are no obstructions around to interfere with signal transmission. Avoid installing near the feed and discharge ports or areas with mixing devices to prevent fluid disturbance from affecting measurement accuracy.
2. Tool and material preparation: Prepare the necessary tools for installation, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, level gauges, as well as auxiliary materials such as sealing gaskets and fixing brackets. Check whether the appearance of the equipment is intact, whether the connections of each component are firm, and whether the accessories are complete.
3. Safety measures in place: Due to the possibility of installation work involving high-altitude operations or in hazardous areas, relevant safety regulations must be strictly followed. Wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, seat belts, etc., set up warning signs to prevent unrelated personnel from entering the work area. If there are flammable and explosive gases or other potential hazards on site, corresponding explosion-proof measures should be taken, and the electrical equipment used should be ensured to meet explosion-proof requirements.
2、 Installation steps of Hangzhou ultrasonic level gauge
1. Determine installation height: Determine the installation height of the sensor based on the actual height of the container and the highest liquid level of the liquid. Generally speaking, it is necessary to ensure that there is a certain margin between the bottom of the sensor and the highest liquid level to prevent liquid overflow and damage to the equipment; At the same time, it should not be too high to cause excessive ultrasonic attenuation and prevent accurate detection of liquid level. It is usually recommended to install the sensor about 1/3 to 1/2 below the top of the container, but the specific value needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation on site.
2. Fixed sensor: Use the matching fixed bracket to firmly install the sensor in the selected position, and adjust it with a level to keep it horizontal. When tightening the bolts, pay attention to moderate force to avoid deformation or damage to the sensor caused by over tightening, and also avoid loosening the equipment to prevent it from coming loose or falling off. For metal containers, welding can be used to fix the bracket; If it is made of plastic or other non-metallic materials, expansion bolts or chemical anchor bolts can be used for fixation.
3. Connecting cables: Carefully guide the signal cable of the sensor through the sealed joint and into the control room or other safe location. During the threading process, attention should be paid to protecting the cable from damage and avoiding excessive bending or pulling. Connect the core wire of the cable correctly to the corresponding interface of the host according to the wiring diagram, ensuring reliable connection and no virtual connection. After completing the wiring, the circuit should undergo insulation testing to check for short circuits or open circuits.
4. Debugging and Calibration: Before turning on the power, check again whether all wiring is correct and error free. Then power on and preheat the device for a few minutes before entering debugging mode. By injecting a known amount of liquid into the container as a standard reference, observing the reading on the display screen and comparing it with the actual liquid level, gradually adjusting the parameter settings of the equipment, such as range, zero offset, etc., until the measured value matches the actual liquid level. Repeat the above steps multiple times to verify the stability and accuracy of the calibration results.
3、 Precautions for daily use of Hangzhou ultrasonic level gauge
1. Regular inspection: Assign a dedicated person to regularly inspect and maintain the HJK-666 ultrasonic level gauge. Check if the device's operational status indicator lights up normally and if the data on the display screen is stable and reliable. Check whether there is dirt accumulation, condensation or other foreign objects covering the surface of the sensor. If there is, it should be cleaned up in a timely manner to avoid affecting the normal transmission and reception of ultrasonic waves. At the same time, pay attention to whether there are any signs of damage or aging on the cables, and whether the joints are loose. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
2. Environmental adaptability monitoring: Pay close attention to the impact of changes in the work environment on equipment. If the ambient temperature exceeds the allowable range of the equipment (usually -20 ℃ to+60 ℃), it may affect the performance and lifespan of electronic components; When the humidity is high, it is easy to cause the circuit board to become damp and short-circuit; Strong electromagnetic field interference may also cause measurement signal distortion. In this case, corresponding protective measures should be taken, such as installing temperature control devices, moisture-proof covers, or shielding covers, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Avoid misoperation: Non professionals are not allowed to touch the buttons or knobs of the equipment at will to prevent measurement errors caused by changing the parameter settings of the equipment due to misoperation. Before carrying out any maintenance or overhaul work, it is necessary to cut off the power supply first and confirm the wiring is correct again before re powering on after the operation is completed.
4. Data recording and analysis: Establish a comprehensive data recording system, regularly record equipment measurement data and related operating parameters. By analyzing and studying these data trends, potential problems can be identified in a timely manner and measures can be taken in advance to solve them.
