Adjustment process of outlet pressure of pressure reducer

Pressure regulation process:

1. Open the cover of the pressure reducing valve and adjust the bolt outlet pressure clockwise to increase, then rotate counterclockwise to decrease the outlet pressure.
2. After the recognized outlet pressure reaches the set pressure, tighten the locking nut, fix the dispatch bolt, seal the gate valve before the pressure reducing valve on the equipment valve cover, and open the gate valve after the pressure reducing valve to create a light and low pressure environment;
3. Rotate the dispatch screw counterclockwise to the upper position (relatively low outlet pressure), and then block the pressure reducing valve and gate valve;
4. Gradually open the gate valve in front of the pressure reducing valve to full open;
5. Gradually rotate the dispatch screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure (based on the gauge pressure behind the valve); After adjustment, tighten the locking nut and open the gate valve after opening the pressure reducing valve;
If the outlet pressure is higher than the set pressure during adjustment, it must be adjusted from the beginning, that is, it can only be adjusted from low pressure to high pressure.

Installation points:

1) The thread of the intake joint of the pressure reducer must be locally sealed with thread sealant, and a copper gasket must be used to stop sealing
2) The outlet joint of the pressure reducer uses an O-ring to stop sealing, and the outlet joint is connected to the low-pressure solenoid valve, and the outlet joint of the low-pressure solenoid valve is connected to the solenoid valve
Conical thread connection requires the use of thread sealant during installation.
