Introduction to Platform Functions

1. The platform overview includes: project map, equipment map, and system statistics.

Project Map/Equipment Map: You can view the current location of the project/equipment.

System statistics: You can view the statistical information of the device.

2. Real time monitoring

Device monitoring can check whether the device is online, current temperature, humidity, and charging status.

Click on the device you want to view to see detailed device information.

After selecting the time range you need in the red box area, click "Search" to retrieve the data within the corresponding time period;

The yellow box area displays the current temperature and also shows the maximum and minimum values within the query time range;

The blue box area shows the data curve graph during the query time;

Within the green box area, you can choose to view historical data in the form of a list.

You can choose to export Excel spreadsheets or PDF documents according to your needs, with a maximum export time range of one month.

Device monitoring: Refresh the cloud platform, and the system will automatically detect expired devices and pop up a "device expiration reminder".

Device monitoring: Found expired devices, viewed historical data, and displayed "Device has expired, please renew in a timely manner.

Device monitoring: Find expired devices, check √, and click "Purchase Annual Pass".

Device monitoring: For expired devices, check the box and click "Purchase Annual Pass". Payment successful!

Video surveillance: For video surveillance users, it can be uploaded to the platform for real-time monitoring.

3. Alarm information

In the alarm information interface, unprocessed alarms and historical alarms can be queried, and unread alarms can be processed.

4. User Information

You can view the sub account information under the current account.

5. Project management

You can view the project information of the current account.

6. Equipment information

You can view the list of temperature and humidity monitoring devices and video monitoring devices under your account.

7. Trigger Management

Trigger management allows you to see the alarm rules that have been set for the device, which can be added or modified according to your needs.

You can see the alarm notification person bound in the account.
