Hello everyone, thank you for using the matchbox IoT cloud platform under Hangzhou Xifu Technology Company!
Today, we will introduce the alarm information function in the device monitoring of cloud platforms; After entering the cloud platform, you can find the third menu in the left menu bar, which is the "Alarm Information" menu, as shown in the following figure:

Firstly, let's introduce the unread alarm in the alarm information, which means that the system will send corresponding alarm information when the data exceeds the standard. If the user has not operated it for the first time, they can query the historical alarm information here, as shown in the following figure:
Next, let's introduce how customers can handle the corresponding alarm information after the system generates it. As you can see in the last column of the operation column, there are three buttons, namely "Process Information", "Flag", and "Delete". Here, we first introduce the process information button. Clicking this button, we can input the alarm processing measures, as shown in the following figure:

These processed information can be traced by customers at any time! Ensure complete and compliant information!
In addition, by pressing the "Flag" button, users can record that the alarm event has been processed and can understand the status of the matter in subsequent queries. The 'delete' button at the end is used to delete some alarm information. In order to handle some testing false alarms, it can simplify the handling of some unimportant alarm information!
After processing the unread alarm information above, we can query all alarm events through the "All Alarm" menu in subsequent alarm information queries. The function of this menu is as follows: Click on the "All Alarm" menu, select the start time and end time, and click the query button to query all alarm information for the corresponding time period, as shown in the following figure:

Click on 'Query Processing Messages' in the above image to see the information we processed earlier, as shown in the following figure

This can facilitate us to trace whether the data exceeded the standard and handle it properly in the future!
