(1) Select and install clamp blocks;

(2) Sequential startup: monitor → printer → computer → industrial computer → startup test software → hydraulic source;

(3) Enter the experimental window and select the experimental plan; Measure the sample size and input relevant test parameters;

(4) Loading sample;

(5) Install extensometers for measuring elastic modulus and specified non proportional tensile strength;

(6) Reset the sensor reading, switch to the loading mode, click the "Run" button in the test window to enter the test state;

(7) Save the test data until the sample is pulled apart;

(8) Remove the sample and switch the switch to the quick reverse mode to retract the piston to the bottom;

(9) If necessary, a printed test report can be generated;

(10) Shutdown: Hydraulic source → Exit test software → Industrial computer → Computer → Monitor → Printer.
