=Main technical characteristics of quantitative sampler
2.1 Sampling area: 100cm2.
2.2 Sampling area error: ± 0.35cm2.
2.3 Sampling thickness: (0.1-0.8) mm.
2.4 External dimensions (length x width x height, mm): 240 x 288 x 435.
2.5 Mass: Approximately 25kg.
3. Operation steps and precautions of quantitative sampler
3.1 Unpacking and Installation
3.1.1 Open the top cover of the packaging box and take out the accompanying technical documents.
3.1.2 Remove the packaging box and take out the quantitative sampler.
3.1.3 Remove the operating handle from the side panel of the packaging box and install it onto the gear shaft of the sampler.
3.1.4 Remove rust proof oil and dust deposits from all parts.
3.1.5 Place the sampler on a flat and stable workbench.
3.2 Trial cutting
3.2.1 Slowly press the operating handle and conduct a short cutting test to check for any biting of the upper and lower blades of the quantitative sampler. After conducting multiple empty cutting tests and confirming that there is no jamming or biting of the upper and lower blades, the sample can be taken for trial cutting.
3.2.2 Take a paper sample with a thickness of (0.15-0.25) mm, place it on the lower cutting surface of the quantitative sampler, press the handle to cut it, take out the sample from the side of the base, observe the cutting condition, and if the cutting is neat and free of fuzz, it can be used normally.
3.3 Sampling
3.3.1 Determine the number of layers to be punched at a time based on the thickness of the sample. Table 1 shows the recommended cutting layers for common paper patterns.
