On February 8th, 18 students from the Automation Department of Tsinghua University visited Harbin Xinmei Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct a social practice activity with the theme of "Investigating the Challenges and Prospects of Northeast Industrial Transformation under the Background of New Quality Productivity Development".

Technical decoding reveals' piezoelectric nano motion '
Wang Yang, the sales manager of Xinming North China region, started from the macro world, turned to the micro world, and then led to piezoelectric nano motion. He vividly and systematically explained the principles of piezoelectric ceramic driving technology and the engineering implementation path of nano motion control system to Tsinghua students. Through 3D animation, video demonstrations, and real-life demonstrations of core components such as piezoelectric deflectors and piezoelectric motors, Tsinghua students can more intuitively see the micro movements at the nanoscale, and also demonstrate the innovative applications of related technologies in fields such as optical precision machining and semiconductor detection. During the Q&A session, both parties had in-depth discussions on corporate culture, future development prospects, and more.

In the precision manufacturing workshop, students observed the complete manufacturing process of piezoelectric nanomotion products from precision cutting of raw materials to comprehensive testing of finished products, and gained a detailed understanding of related precision machining equipment and the company's independently developed "hundred channel testing system". They experienced the company's pursuit of product performance and strict control over product quality.
