Tomorrow's piezoelectric deflection table

The P77 series piezoelectric scanning table with direct drive mechanism is a one-dimensional Z-axis motion platform. The center of the piezoelectric platform is a 106mm large aperture. The P73. Z500 series piezoelectric objective lens locator is a large stroke piezoelectric objective lens locator, with a Z-axis linear motion range of up to 550 μ m. It adopts a flexible hinge design mechanism, with no friction, good linear motion, and high closed-loop positioning accuracy. The separated thread adapter design can adapt to various types of microscopes and is widely used in large-scale microscopy imaging, two-photon microscopy, and other fields.
