It is a state-owned large-scale aviation transportation service guarantee enterprise based on the former China Aviation Fuel Corporation. It is a supplier of aviation fuel that integrates procurement, transportation, storage, testing, sales, and refueling. It is a member of international organizations such as the International Air Transport Association, the International Joint Inspection Group for Aviation Fuel, the American Society for Testing and Materials, the British Petroleum Institute, and the American Petroleum Institute, and has the qualification to participate in the formulation of international aviation fuel market standards.
