The float of GKYWG-60 servo level gauge will be disturbed and impacted by the liquid when it moves up and down in the storage tank. Therefore, in order to ensure smooth and accurate measurement, it is recommended to install a guide tube.

7.1 GKYWG-60X Tank Side Indicator
The GKYWG-60X tank side indicator is the GKYWG-60 servo level gauge tank side (under tank) indicator controller. The GKYWG-60X tank side indicator can remotely control the GKYWG-60 servo level gauge, enabling remote measurement of liquid level and recovery of measuring float. At the same time, temperature display transmission can be obtained for GKYWG-60W multi-point thermometer. The GKYWG-60X tank side indicator can display the liquid level measured by the GKYWG-60 servo level gauge in real time because the GKYWG-60X tank side indicator uses RS485 based digital communication to achieve real-time data transmission. The servo level gauge tank side indicator is equipped with two magnetic buttons. Press the magnetic buttons with a magnetic pen, and the GKYWG-60X tank side indicator will send corresponding signals to achieve remote control. Explosion proof rating Exd IIB+H2T6Gb.

7.3 GKYWG-60W multi-point thermometer
Due to the large volume and varying characteristics of products stored in large storage tanks, the temperature of the products inside the tanks is inconsistent. Using single point temperature measurement as the average temperature of the product for calculation can cause significant errors. The GKYWG-60W multi-point thermometer developed based on this can provide measurements of multi-point temperature below and above the liquid level. By measuring these temperature points, the average temperature below the liquid level, above the liquid level, and inside the tank can be calculated, providing a basis for accurate calculation of liquid quality.
GKYWG-60W is suitable for various liquid media with a temperature range of -50 ℃ to 125 ℃. The number of temperature points and length can be customized according to user needs. The explosion-proof form of GKYWG-60W multi-point thermometer is explosion-proof, which can reliably operate in various flammable and explosive environments. Suitable for temperature detection of various liquid storage tanks in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, national defense and other departments.
