1. There is no response when starting up. The display screen does not light up: check if the power supply is normal.

2. Instrument reports "malfunction". Thermocouple open circuit: Check if the thermocouple connection wire is in good contact and if the thermocouple is functioning properly.

3. The instrument reports a "fault" and the thermocouple is reversed: swap the positive and negative connection wires of the thermocouple.

4. The instrument reports a "Warning: Overtemperature protection relay has activated!" and the buzzer beeps. Check if the furnace temperature is too high. After starting up, enter the experimental interface and do not start the experiment to observe whether there is heating current. If there is a large heating current, the solid-state relay will break down.

5. The furnace body is not heated: Check whether the experiment has started, whether the furnace wire has a resistance of about 13 ohms, and whether the solid-state relay has broken down.

6. Slow heating of furnace body: Check if the power supply voltage, furnace wire resistance, and relay are normal
