On the morning of November 15, 2018, the "Mid term Inventory Meeting of Chicheng Stock Management Reform" was held in Building 1 of Zhengzhou University Science and Technology Park. More than 100 members of Chicheng's family, including Chairman Xu Weifeng, General Manager Shi Baojing, specially appointed consultant Su Dongjiang, Chief Financial Officer Li Xiangqian, and Supply Chain Director Zhao Jing, attended the meeting to share the transformation achievements of Chicheng Electric in the past two months.The theme of this meeting is "Transformation for a Win win Future", and a summary is made on the phased achievements and next steps of the transformation implemented by Chicheng Co., Ltd. in the past two months.

At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Xu Weifeng first shared the phased ideas of the change. In just over two months of implementing the change, the team atmosphere and management efficiency of the entire company have significantly improved, and everyone's work enthusiasm has been high. The concept of "customer-centric" has deeply rooted in people's hearts, and customer and employee satisfaction has significantly improved. Employees have further practiced the company's cultural values, and our goals are being further achieved. This cannot be achieved without the joint efforts of the change team and all Chicheng people. I hope everyone will embrace the arrival of the new year with a new attitude and pace, based on the principle of 'striving for excellence'.

General Manager Shi Baojing shared the phased achievements of the transformation of Chicheng Co., Ltd. and clarified the company's industry positioning, enterprise positioning, and product positioning again. Mr. Shi emphasized that "customer satisfaction is the core of the company's work and the top priority of all work.

Next, Sales Management Manager Hou Cuicui, E-commerce Manager Zheng Xiuhua, R&D Center Manager Zhang Jing, and Finance Manager Hu Xuefang will summarize the achievements, shortcomings, and future plans made during the transformation period.

Afterwards, Professor Su Dongjiang, a specially appointed consultant of Chicheng Corporation, made a concluding speech. Professor Su said, "Chicheng Corporation has a high enthusiasm for change, and the results achieved in just over two months are surprising. I have a sense of belonging and achievement towards Chicheng Corporation." In addition, Professor Su specifically explained the word "craftsmanship" in Chicheng Corporation's "15 years of craftsmanship *, safeguarding gas environment safety": what we mean by craftsmanship is not just doing things seriously, but also doing things with heart, objectively viewing the results, and even doing things with soul. Only by putting oneself into it can we call it "craftsmanship". Employees can only make continuous progress by implementing "praise and self praise" and "criticism and self-criticism" in their work and life.
