In order to enhance understanding and friendship among member units of the Yueqing Trade Union Club Association, learn from each other, and discuss trade union work in the new era, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions Club Association held a trade union work exchange meeting at Hongqi Instrument (Changxing) Company on September 23, 2016, aiming to improve the service of trade unions in various industries to employees and enterprises, and establish a harmonious society.

The leaders attending the exchange meeting include Zhang Ying, Vice Chairman of the Yueqing Federation of Trade Unions, Zhao Xiufen, Director of the Workers' Cultural Palace, Zhou Fanglong, Chairman of the host Hongqi Instrument Company, and Zhou Chunlong, General Manager; The attendees include union chairpersons from 17 units including townships, transportation systems, enterprises, and institutions. The chairpersons of each trade union, based on the characteristics of the industry and unit, as well as the current situation of trade union work, introduced the experience and characteristics of their own trade union work, discussed the favorable conditions for trade union work in the new era, and analyzed the root causes of the difficulty of trade union work.

4. Comrade Zhang Ying, Vice Chairman of the Yueqing Federation of Trade Unions, delivered an important speech: firstly, he reported that the trade union of Hongqi Instrument Co., Ltd. has made significant achievements in social welfare activities such as assisting the disabled and enterprise warmth projects; Once again, we have responded to the questions raised by everyone one by one.
