2. Upper cabinet: The exhaust cabinet adopts a top cover type exhaust design, with a design of one Φ 250mm exhaust outlet. The guide plate is made of homogeneous PP material, which has excellent acid and alkali resistance. The installation size is scientifically reasonable, with no dead corners of airflow, achieving the maximum exhaust gas capture performance.

3. Operating table: The table is made of imported 12mm PP board, which has excellent acid and alkali resistance. The sink on the fume hood countertop is configured according to user requirements.

4. Lower cabinet: storage cabinet, with a layer of partition added in the middle. The hinge is made of black plastic and has good corrosion resistance. The handle adopts homogeneous C-shaped PP handle.

5. Regulating door:

a. Adjustable door glass: Made of 4mm thick transparent acrylic glass with excellent acid and alkali resistance.

b. Adjustable door frame: Made of thick porcelain white PP board with C-shaped groove, embedded combination to ensure safety and durability.

c. Adjustable door suspension steel cable: Each ventilation cabinet is connected to the adjustable door steel cable.

d. Adjusting the door balance weight: adopting a segmented weight box design, its up and down travel is limited by a silent track to avoid shaking and collision.

6. Electrical equipment:

a. Switch: Button with light self-locking switch, including fan switch, lighting switch, and main power switch.

b. Lighting equipment: using full face three proof lamps, with 220V * 20w * 2 lampshades inside

c. Socket section: Each fume hood is equipped with two 220V10A power sockets with splash proof covers.
