1、 Product Overview

3、 Operation method

1. Pre-operation preparation：

Check button onWhether it bounces up.

Place the constant temperature blockPlease ensure that the socket at the bottom of the constant temperature block is aligned with the temperature control thermocouple at the bottom of the furnace and slowly insert it.

2. Connect the power and turn on the device：

Connect the electricitySource and turn on the fan switch above the power plug (note: the fan needs to be turned on from the start to the end of the detection).

Turn on the temperature controlThe instrument switch and temperature control meter start running, displaying the basic interface.

3. Set temperature point：

In the fundamental realmIn the face, click the setting buttonRelease PAR and enter the temperature setting interface.

Use the shift key to adjust the decimal point position, and use the increase and decrease keys toThe numerical value of the SV window is set to the desired temperature point.

Press the setting button againPAR， Confirm and save the set temperature point.

Press and hold the setting buttonPAR takes about 3 seconds, and the setting function item appears. Press continuously to set the power (the heating power outH has been optimized before leaving the factory, preset at 20% and should not exceed 20%).

In setting functionsAppears in the itemDuring COR, the temperature deviation value can be adjusted. After holding for about 3 seconds, it automatically returns to the basic interface and the temperature setting ends.

4. Start heating and maintaining a constant temperature：

openElectric furnace switch, verify that the furnace is starting to heat up.

whenPAfter the actual furnace temperature of the V window is close to the set furnace temperature of the SV window, the thermocouple can be tested by keeping it constant for 60 minutes.

5. Shut down after testing is complete：

in turnTurn off the electric furnace switch and temperature controller switch (make sure the switch is turned off).

Waiting for the furnaceThe temperature drops toAfter 100 ℃, turn off the fan switch.

4、 Precautions

During usePlease ensure that the power supply is stable to avoid damage to the equipment caused by voltage fluctuations.

When placing the constant temperature block, please make sure to align it with the temperature control thermocouple to ensure the accuracy of temperature control.

Please avoid prolonged continuous operation of the equipment during use to avoid affecting its lifespan.
