The Wuhan Gaotian Photovoltaic Module UV Aging Test Chamber mainly specifies the test for assessing the anti UV radiation ability of photovoltaic modules when exposed to UV radiation environment. This test is suitable for evaluating the anti UV radiation performance of storage polymer materials, protective layers and other materials;

3、 Box making material
The outer shell is made of high-quality (t=1.2mm) A3 steel plate and processed into shape by CNC machine tools. The surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic for a smoother and more beautiful appearance
The interior material uses brushed SUS304B board, which has the characteristics of acid resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning;

6、 Light source characteristics
The center distance of the lamp is 70mm, and according to the size of solar modules in the photovoltaic industry, the length of solar modules is 1680mm
Calculate the use of 6 light tubes; Two additional UV-A and UV-B fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 40W will be delivered. The ultraviolet fluorescent tube is installed on the top layer inside the instrument.
The emission spectrum energy of UV-A lamps is mainly concentrated at a wavelength of 340nm, while the emission spectrum energy of UV-B lamps is mainly concentrated at a wavelength of 313nm, which is a continuous spectrum roughly distributed between 280-400nm, with an energy ratio of 2:1. '
According to the experiment, the spectral irradiance should not exceed 5 times the corresponding solar irradiance (average sunlight at noon on the equator in summer), and the UV-A irradiance of 40W is almost in line with the requirements. Therefore, the best light source for Z is selected.
