Hanging basket type thermal shock test chamberThe basket plays a crucial role in the experimental process, as it is responsible for quickly transferring the test sample between different temperature zones to achieve thermal shock effects. 1、 Inspect the electrical system

1. Check the power connection:Firstly, it is necessary to confirm whether the power supply of the test chamber is normal. Check if the switch inside the distribution box has tripped. If it has tripped, try closing it again. Check if the connection plug between the test box and the power socket is loose. You can unplug the plug and firmly insert it again. If an industrial three-phase power supply is used, a multimeter should be used to measure whether the three-phase voltage is balanced and whether the voltage value is within the allowable fluctuation range of the rated voltage of the test box (generally ± 10%). If the voltage is abnormal, contact an electrician to troubleshoot the power supply line issue.

2. Check the control circuit:Open the electrical control cabinet of the test chamber and check the control circuit related to the lifting of the basket. Check if the relay controlling the basket is engaged. If the relay is not engaged, check if the relay coil is energized and use a multimeter to measure the voltage at both ends of the coil. If there is no voltage in the coil, check for any open circuits in the control circuit, such as damaged wires or loose connectors. Focus on inspecting the button switches, limit switches, and other components that control the lifting of the basket to see if their contacts are conducting properly. If the button switch or limit switch is found to be damaged, it should be replaced with components of the same specifications in a timely manner.

2、 Detecting mechanical transmission components

1. Check the chain and sprocket:Baskets are usually lifted and lowered through chains and sprockets. Open the protective plate on the side or back of the test chamber and observe whether the chain is broken or detached. If the chain breaks, it needs to be replaced with a new one and the tightness of the chain should be adjusted so that it is neither too loose to cause tooth skipping nor too tight to affect transmission efficiency. Check if there is excessive wear on the sprocket. If the sprocket teeth are severely worn, it can cause poor chain transmission, and the sprocket needs to be replaced at this time. At the same time, apply an appropriate amount of lubricating grease to the chain and sprocket to reduce friction and ensure smooth transmission.

2. Check the motor and reducer:The lifting and lowering of the basket is driven by a motor and achieves smooth lifting and lowering after being reduced by a gearbox. Check if there is any rotational sound from the motor. If there is no rotational sound from the motor, it may be a motor malfunction. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance value of the motor winding and determine whether the motor winding is burnt out. If the resistance value of the motor winding is zero or infinite, the motor is damaged and needs to be replaced with a new motor. If the motor makes a rotating sound but the basket does not move, it may be a fault with the gearbox. Check if the oil level of the gearbox is normal. If the oil level is too low, add the specified type of lubricating oil. At the same time, check whether the gears inside the reducer are worn or damaged. If the gears are damaged, replace the gears inside the reducer or replace the reducer as a whole.

3、 Troubleshooting sensors and controllers

1. Detection limit sensor:The lifting of the basket is controlled by limit sensors to prevent damage caused by the basket exceeding its limit position. Check if the upper and lower limit sensors are working properly. You can use a metal object to approach the limit sensor and observe if there is a signal output from the sensor. If there is no signal output from the sensor, it may indicate that the sensor is damaged and needs to be replaced with a limit sensor of the same model. At the same time, check whether the connection circuit between the limit sensor and the controller is normal. If the circuit is loose or damaged, repair or replace it in a timely manner.

2. Check the controller:The controller is the core of the test chamber, responsible for controlling the lifting and lowering actions of the basket. Check if there are any error codes displayed on the controller's display screen. If there are any error codes, refer to the operating manual of the test chamber to understand the meaning of the error codes and follow the instructions in the manual to handle them accordingly. If the controller displays no error codes but the basket does not work, you can try resetting the controller. Find the reset button on the controller, press the reset button to restore the controller to its initial state, and then restart the test chamber to see if the basket can work properly. If the problem still cannot be solved after resetting, it may be due to a malfunction in the internal program of the controller. It is necessary to contact the technical support personnel of the test box manufacturer for program upgrade or repair.
