1 Overview
China has abundant tourism resources, and we can see the existence of electric sightseeing tour vehicles in various tourist attractions. Electric sightseeing tour vehicles use battery powered driving methods and do not emit harmful gases that pollute the atmosphere. They can be used simply by charging the battery. Due to the fact that most power plants are built far away from densely populated cities, they cause less harm to humans. Moreover, power plants are fixed and stationary, with centralized emissions, making it easier to reduce various harmful emissions and have mature technologies. Electric sightseeing tour buses can fully utilize the surplus electricity during the low electricity consumption period at night for charging, making it a power generation equipment that can be fully utilized day and night, greatly improving its economic benefits and contributing to energy conservation and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
Specific application of 2-Hall closed-loop current sensor
2.1 Principle of Hall closed loop current sensor
The Hall current sensor is based on the magnetic balance Hall principle, also known as the closed-loop principle. When the magnetic flux generated by the primary current Ip is concentrated in the magnetic circuit through a high-quality magnetic core, the Hall element is fixed in the air gap to detect the magnetic flux. The reverse compensation current is output through a multi turn coil wound around the magnetic core to cancel out the magnetic flux generated by the primary current IP, so that the magnetic flux in the magnetic circuit always remains zero. After special circuit processing, the output terminal of the sensor can accurately reflect the current changes of the primary current.

2.3 Application of Hall closed loop current sensor
Traditional electric sightseeing tour vehicles usually use Hall elements to measure the current of the motor, which is built into the motor rotor. Through the changes in the motor's rotational speed and frequency, signals are promptly fed back, making it easier for operators to understand the vehicle's working condition. Alternatively, some manufacturers may monitor the working status of the motor through external shunt resistors. However, due to the increasing use of electric sightseeing vehicles and the emergence of similar products such as electric patrol vehicles, electric tricycles, and electric motorcycles, the performance requirements for the equipment itself have also increased accordingly. Traditional methods are no longer capable of handling this task.
Under these conditions, using a Hall closed loop current sensor can effectively solve related problems. The power cord of the motor passes through the inner space of the current sensor. When there is current, the current sensor will sense it and have a corresponding output. The output signal is sent to the bus control system for centralized processing, as shown in the following figure.

3. Attention should be paid to the selection and use of Hall closed loop current sensors:
1) Selection of current sensors:
A、 Attention should be paid to whether the size of the sensor hole can ensure that the wire can pass through;
B、 Try to choose products with high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, strong earthquake and other conditions;
C、 Attention should be paid to whether the spatial structure meets the requirements;
2) Usage issues of current sensors:
A、 When wiring, pay attention to the exposed conductive parts of the wiring terminals to prevent ESD impact as much as possible. Only engineers with professional construction experience can perform wiring operations on this product. The connecting wires of the power supply, input, and output must be connected correctly and cannot be misplaced or reversed, otherwise it may cause product damage.
B、 The installation and use environment of the product should be free of conductive dust and corrosive Egypt
C、 Severe vibration or high temperature may also cause product damage, and attention should be paid to the usage environment.
4. Conclusion
