On December 6th, Zhuang Feng, an engineer in charge of software at the Microgrid Research Institute at No. 9 Xincheng Road, explained our IOT overseas energy IoT platform software, allowing customers to understand the specific functions of our IoT platform and also guiding them on how to debug the platform.

On December 7th, Sheng Xiaoming and Sheng Gong explained to customers the various rail type panel type electric meters of Ankerui, as well as the multiple protocols supported by smart meters, and guided customers to operate and set meter parameters themselves.

On the the fourth day of the customer's visit, Ren Chenyao explained our intelligent miniature circuit breaker and made a live demonstration. At the same time, Sheng Xiaoming also explained battery monitoring and made a live analog circuit explanation.

On December 11th, it was the customer Q&A stage. After two days of sorting, the customer raised many demands, and the engineers responded actively.
