【 Pain Points 】

This project is a case study of energy efficiency renovation in an industrial park in Jiangsu Province. The park is an enterprise in the electronics manufacturing industry, with business covering consumer electronics, cloud networks, computer terminals, and other fields. It has multiple factories and a large number of employees.

The person in charge of the park plans to create a green and energy-saving demonstration park, and through the actual benefits generated by the renovation, promote it to other factory areas for application. After a detailed on-site investigation, the park management personnel found that the renovation has certain difficulties. There are several main issues that exist:

1. The on-site informatization level is low, the distribution facilities are old, and data analysis requires regular manual sorting.

2. The MES production management system can only view information such as output value, and cannot verify the benefits of energy efficiency improvements.

3. The park has multiple types of electricity consumption (such as living, production, air conditioning, and lighting), with a large renovation area and a wide scope. The renovation period is limited, and construction needs to be notified in advance.

4. There are many high-precision and cutting-edge equipment on site (including but not limited to punching machines, lasers, forming machines, automatic machines, and material barrels), and the system construction plan has high standards and requirements.
