Suggested solution:1. Suggest to
Electromagnetic FlowmeterInstalled at the outlet of the pipeline (i.e. upstream), it can always maintain a full pipe
2. Flow meters should be installed at the lower and vertically upward positions of horizontal pipelines, avoiding installation at the higher and vertically downward positions of pipelines.
3. Requirements for straight pipe sections: inlet/outlet straight pipe sections: inlet should be ≥ 10 × DN; outlet should be ≥ 5 × DN
4. For the convenience of detecting the flow meter, it is recommended to install a side channel for the flow meter.
5. Docking point requirements: In order to ensure reliable operation of the instrument, improve measurement accuracy, and avoid interference from external strong electromagnetic fields, the sensor should have good grounding with a grounding resistance of less than 10 ohms.
Precautions for selecting installation location:
1. Try to avoid iron objects and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (such as large transmitters and generators) as much as possible.
2. The flow meter should be installed at the rear end of the water pump and must not be installed on the suction side. The valve should be installed on the downstream side of the flow meter.
3. It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible, avoiding exposure to sunlight and rain. Avoid environmental temperatures above 60 degrees Celsius and relative humidity above 95%.
4. Choose a place where installation is easy to maintain and activities are convenient.
