The glass level gauge product directly reads the liquid level height through a transparent glass shell. Glass plate level gauges are mainly used to indicate the liquid level height in enclosed containers. The internal materials of glass plate level gauges are mainly steel, steel paper, graphite, etc. Therefore, glass plate level gauges cannot be used to measure media that corrode with these materials. Glass plate level gauge is a common level instrument. Its design principle is simpler compared to other level gauges, and the measured level value is relatively low. However, glass plate level gauges also have the characteristics of simple structure and easy use, so they have a wide range of applications in environments where measurement results are not required.

The glass plate level gauge is designed with an upper and lower valve structure, and the valve is equipped with a threaded joint. It is connected to a container containing the measured medium through a flange to form a continuous connector. Under the principle of the connector, the glass plate level gauge indicates that the liquid level is consistent with the liquid level inside the container. The liquid level inside the container is obtained by reading the data of the liquid level inside the external glass. In order to reduce the possibility of leakage, steel balls are installed at the upper and lower valve parts of the glass plate level gauge. When the glass cover of the glass plate level gauge ruptures, the steel balls will block the flow channel in the level gauge under the pressure inside the container, forming a sealing effect on the container and preventing the medium inside the container from leaking out.
