How to choose the inner lining of electromagnetic flowmeter

1. Ordinary rubber, natural rubber, soft rubber, hard rubber.
The operating temperature is 60 ℃, which is characterized by elasticity and good wear resistance. Generally used in urban water supply and drainage fields, it has relatively poor resistance to corrosion and erosion.
2. Polytetrafluoroethylene, also known as PTFE or F4, is an electromagnetic flowmeter that can measure the volumetric flow rate of general conductive liquids. It can also be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of strongly corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis, as well as homogeneous liquid-solid two-phase suspensions such as mud, slurry, and pulp. Widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food, as well as municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields for flow measurement.
One of the commonly used lining materials, due to its stable chemical properties, is generally used for sanitary grade liquids or strongly corrosive liquids, such as concentrated acids and alkalis.
3. Fluorine ethylene propylene, also known as F46.
The quality of this material is similar to PTFE, but its wear resistance is stronger than PTFE material, and the same medium temperature can reach 100 ℃.
4. Fluorine ethylene, also known as Fs.
Similar in quality to F4 material, but slightly inferior in temperature tolerance. Generally, the temperature of the medium (the determining substance) does not exceed 80 ℃, making it cost-effective and lower in cost compared to F4 material.
5. Chloroprene Rubber, also known as CR or Neoprene.
Its characteristics are good abrasion resistance and excellent elasticity, and it is generally used in fields such as water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, etc. The electromagnetic flowmeter has the characteristics of advanced circuit, low power consumption, wide range ratio, simple structure, low resistance loss, durability, wide application, long service life, stable operation, and easy installation and debugging. Mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline media fluids, such as gases, liquids, vapors, and other media. Its corrosion resistance is slightly poor, and its lack of resistance to oxidation is its weakness.
6. Polyurethane rubber, also known as polyurethane.
Has * wear resistance, but lacks the ability to corrode, and the temperature should not exceed 80 ℃. It is generally used for wear resistance
Request measurement of media such as mineral slurry and coal slurry in relatively high industrial and mining environments.
7. Ceramic (raw material: non-metallic mineral) material
Ceramics (raw materials: non-metallic minerals) are undoubtedly the best products among all materials, but the downside is that the price is not down-to-earth, the production process is complex, the process requirements are strict, and the selling price is extremely high.
