1. The installation of the liquid level gauge must be vertical to ensure that the float component can move up and down freely within the main pipe.
2. Install a shut-off valve between the container and the level gauge to facilitate cleaning and maintenance of the level gauge and cut off the material.
3. Magnetic conductors are not allowed to approach the main tube of the liquid level gauge, otherwise it will directly affect the normal operation of the liquid level gauge.
4. After the installation of the liquid level gauge, it is necessary to calibrate it with magnetic steel and guide the flip column once to display red below zero position and white above zero position.
5. When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the lower drainage pipe should be opened first to allow the liquid medium to smoothly enter the main pipe, avoiding the rapid rise of the liquid medium with the floating ball component, which may cause the column to flip and the black center to malfunction or flip randomly (if this phenomenon occurs, it can be recalibrated with magnetic steel after the rise and fall of the liquid level is stable)
6. In order to prevent damage to the float components during transportation, the float components are removed from the main tube of the small liquid level gauge before leaving the factory. After the installation of the liquid level gauge is completed, open the bottom drain flange and reinstall the float assembly into the main body pipe.
