Common faults of zirconia oxygen analyzer:
1、 The oxygen potential reading on the oxygen transmitter is too high: if the plug bolt of the air hole on the zirconium head is unscrewed, the oxygen potential reading will quickly drop to around 0, and then use the method of measuring the internal resistance of the zirconium head to determine. If the internal resistance of the zirconium head is small enough, it can indicate that the measurement function of the zirconium head is accurate at this time. The reason is that as the oxygen content measured by the zirconium head decreases, the oxygen potential increases, and when the oxygen content approaches zero, the oxygen potential becomes infinite.
2、 The oxygen potential reading displayed on the oxygen transmitter is too small: generally, the zirconium head internal resistance measurement method must be used to first determine. If the internal resistance value of the zirconium head increases, it means that there is a fault in the zirconium head. If the internal resistance value reaches 800 Ω or above, the zirconium head needs to be replaced,
Another situation is that there is a leakage fault in the zirconium head.
3、 The instrument data display is not working properly, and the sample gas calibration check on the zirconium head cannot determine the fault: On site, through the detection method of sample gas calibration of the zirconium head, some fault problems on the zirconium head and transmitter can be found, but there may also be situations where it cannot be determined due to limited conditions. If the zirconia tube is not damaged, it can generally be calibrated with sample gas to obtain the correct instrument reading. For example, if there is a slight leakage problem, it may have been overlooked due to insufficient pressure time for inspection; For example, if the airflow of the on-site sample gas input is too large and the measured temperature cannot reflect the actual situation, it is necessary to combine a more complete method for detection and judgment, which is to use a suction type standard instrument for detection and comparison.
