The working principle of the threaded turbine flowmeter is based on fluid dynamics principles. When the fluid passes through the measuring tube of the flowmeter, it will push the impeller to rotate, and the speed of the impeller is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid. The sensor inside the flowmeter detects the speed of the impeller and converts it into an electrical signal, which is ultimately output as the flow rate value through the signal processing system. Due to the magnetic permeability of the blade, it is located in the magnetic field of the signal detector (composed of magnetic steel and coils). The rotating blade cuts the magnetic field lines, periodically changing the magnetic flux of the coil, thereby inducing electrical pulse signals at both ends of the coil. This signal is amplified and shaped by an amplifier to form a continuous rectangular pulse wave with a certain amplitude, which can be transmitted remotely to a display instrument to display the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative measurement of the fluid.
