2. Cultural and sports goods and equipment: stationery, sports goods, sports equipment, jewelry, arts and crafts, philatelic tickets, other cultural goods (photography equipment, video equipment, musical instruments, toys).

1. Electrician work refers to the operation, maintenance, installation, inspection, modification, construction, commissioning and other operations of electrical equipment (excluding power system access operations).
2. Welding and hot cutting operations refer to the processing of materials using welding or hot cutting methods (excluding relevant operations stipulated in the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment).
3. High altitude operation refers to the work that is specifically or frequently carried out at a height of 2 meters or more from the reference plane where there is a possibility of falling.
4. Refrigeration and air conditioning operations refer to the operation, installation, and repair of large and medium-sized refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
5. Coal mine safety operations include underground electrical operations, underground blasting operations, coal mine safety monitoring and control operations, coal mine gas inspection operations, coal mine safety inspection operations, coal mine hoist operation operations, coal mine mining machine (tunneling machine) operation operations, coal mine gas extraction operations, etc.
6. Safe operations in metal and non-metal mines include ventilation operations, tailings operations, safety inspection operations, elevator operations, pillar operations, underground electrical operations, drainage operations, and blasting operations.

The relevant legal basis associated with this article
After research and demonstration, the State Council has decided to further adjust the product catalog for implementing industrial product production license management, cancel the management of 19 types of industrial product production licenses, transfer the management of 3 types of industrial products from implementing production license management to implementing mandatory product certification management, and delegate the management authority of 8 types of industrial product production licenses from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine to the quality and technical supervision department of the provincial people's government. After adjustment, a total of 38 categories of products will continue to be subject to industrial product production license management, including 19 categories implemented by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and 19 categories implemented by the quality and technical supervision department of the provincial people's government.
