Differential pressure type flow meters are widely used, accounting for over 70% of the total flow meters. However, the shortcomings of orifice plates in traditional applications, such as high pressure loss, high operating costs, small range ratio, long-term accuracy affected by marginal wear and deformation, and large amounts of equipment and protection work, have constrained their application. However, the sensor components of Anuba have fatal weaknesses from planning to practical application, which seriously affects the widespread application of this product in industrial sites.
The sensing element and its technology of the Weiliba flowmeter are innovations and developments in the measurement skills of Anuba. It has reached a new height in terms of accuracy, reliability, repeatability, anti blocking, and long-term high precision. The measurement principle of the Weiliba sensing element is the same as other differential pressure flow meters, following the Bernoulli equation and fluid continuity principle.
The Velbar flowmeter is a cross-sectional shape with an integrated metal chamber structure; The cross-sectional shape of Anuba: one is circular, and the other is diamond shaped. Their structures are all three piece structures. The negative pressure holes of Weiliba are located at both ends of the probe, before the separation point between the fluid and the probe, and the front surface of the probe has been roughened with anti clogging grooves. The negative pressure hole of Anuba is located directly behind the probe, on the base axis of the probe, and the surface of the probe facing the fluid is lubricated. The difference in shape construction between these two probes determines that their interaction characteristics when in contact with the measured fluid are also different.
The interaction characteristics between the Velbar flowmeter and fluid. In terms of shape, the probe experiences minimal traction and minimal vortex shedding force, and the separation point between the fluid and the probe is fixed. The front of the probe has undergone rough surface treatment, which is equivalent to having a turbulence generator, making the linearity of the flow coefficient K almost unchanged with Reynolds number, and ensuring the accuracy of measurement at low flow rates.
The Weiliba flowmeter probe adopts a complete metal chamber structure, which avoids leakage between high and low pressure chambers, ensures long-term accuracy, and can accept higher pressure and temperature. The position of the low-pressure hole is taken before the separation point between the probe and the fluid, avoiding the influence of eddy currents on the low-pressure hole and fundamentally addressing the issues of blockage and signal instability. The probe penetrates through the entire velocity profile of the fluid in the pipeline. The orientation of the pressure hole is established through area integration, and the pressure measurement method is porous uniform velocity pressure measurement. This joint planning enables the measured signal to reflect the true average velocity of the fluid cross-section.
In addition, especially creatively deriving a mathematical model for the flow coefficient K in theory, and the K coefficient does not change with Reynolds number, this K coefficient model has been validated by an independent fluid laboratory in the United States. Therefore, the Weiliba flowmeter sensing element is a differential pressure flow sensing element with a wide measurement range, high long-term accuracy, good stability and repeatability, suitable for gases, liquids and vapors.
