2: Verify the direction of the pipeline. After the Wilybar component is inserted into the pipe, adjust the direction so that the direction arrow is consistent with the direction of the fluid in the pipe, and the included angle with the direction of the pipe is ± 30.

3: When installing horizontal pipelines and measuring gas media, the power bar should be installed above the pipeline to allow the condensate in the pressure pipe to flow back into the pipeline. Measuring liquids and vapors, it is advisable to install them below the pipeline to allow bubbles to flow back into the pipeline; Vertical pipeline installation, can be installed anywhere around the vertical pipeline 3600.

4: The installation location of the transmitter. When measuring gas media, the transmitter should be installed at a position higher than the power bar; When measuring liquid and vapor media, the transmitter should be installed at a position below the power bar.

5: The design of the Velbar essentially prevents blockages, but this is based on the normal operation of the process and Velbar components. Once the power bar is blocked, cleaning it will be very difficult, so special attention should be paid to preventing blockage when installing the power bar.

6: Leakage of the impulse tube can cause damage to the high-pressure balance zone of the probe, and particles with smaller impurity diameters may enter the pressure tapping hole. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly inspect the impulse tube.
